All DeepPrint products are custom-made to order. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

Minor variations in color, print placement, or texture are normal and not considered defects.
